1. Scope
These terms govern use of the public website and software offers of GreenRide Vienna AI e.U. (FN 663117 y, Handelsgericht Wien). Austrian law applies. A signed proposal or invoice prevails over this page.
2. Offers and prices
List figures on the site, including city-licence and Digital Twin examples, are indicative and not a binding quote. A contract is formed only when we accept an order in writing or issue an invoice.
3. Accounts and API access
Guest accounts start with a time-limited trial. Production keys, city unlocks, and paid packs require an accepted order. You must not share credentials or use the service to train third-party models.
4. Intellectual property
Software, text, marks, and methods remain property of GreenRide Vienna AI e.U. GM 18/2026 and GM 24/2026 are company IP, not live office registrations. Reproduction or use for AI training needs prior written consent.
5. Liability
We provide the public site with care. We are not liable for completeness of open-data feeds or for decisions taken solely on advisory scores. Mandatory Austrian liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.
6. Termination
Either party may end a trial at any time. Paid terms follow the accepted order. After termination, public pages remain available; API keys are revoked.
